Astron Energy has been made aware of a scam involving individuals falsely claiming to represent Astron Energy. These scammers offer to help customers register for the Astron Energy Rewards programme for a small fee. After "assisting" them, they instruct the customer to visit the nearest Astron Energy forecourt to redeem a prize. In one case, the victim's phone was stolen. This scam activity is occurring outside our Astron Energy forecourts, not within them.

This is a scam and NOT in any way linked to Astron Energy or any of our operations.

Astron Energy strongly condemns such scams and fraudulent schemes which seek to take advantage of innocent people and we urge the utmost caution in this regard. Astron Energy will not be  liable for (including but not limited to) any damages, losses, claims, or  harm experienced, suffered, or otherwise incurred by any person (natural or juristic) as a result of such Fraudulent Schemes.

How to spot a scam:

• Astron Energy will never under any circumstances ask for money from members of the public
• Be cautious if you receive any offers for jobs, prizes, investments, vouchers and the like from a non-Astron Energy email address
